I am Alisha Padilla, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Core Psyche Collective, providing online psychotherapy and EMDR consultation for adults in Georgia, New York, and Texas. My work began on the frontlines with individuals experiencing addiction, homelessness, and incarceration, which deeply shaped my trauma-informed perspective. I am certified in EMDR and trained in Perinatal Mental Health, and I integrate EMDR with Internal Family Systems concepts to support complex healing. As a Latina, female clinician, I offer culturally aware care that honors identity, story, and context. I collaborate closely with each person, respect their pace, and center their expertise in their own life so that therapy feels safer, more grounded, and genuinely transformative.
As a Latina, female clinician, I pay close attention to culture, family expectations, and systemic barriers that affect mental health. I invite all parts of your experience into the room, including identities, beliefs, and histories that may have been minimized elsewhere, so you can access care that genuinely fits who you are.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified in EMDR, trained in Perinatal Mental Health, and informed by Internal Family Systems concepts. I regularly pursue advanced trainings, consultation, and current trauma research so that the care I offer remains evidence-based, thoughtful, and responsive to the real challenges clients bring.
Safety, consent, and collaboration guide everything I do in therapy and consultation. I honor each person's pace, identity, and history, and I avoid rushing into trauma processing before enough stability is in place. My goal is for you to feel respected, informed, and in control as you move through difficult material.
