Depression can affect every part of a person’s life, often making even simple tasks feel heavy or difficult. Feelings of sadness, hopelessness, emotional numbness, low motivation, exhaustion, self-criticism, or disconnection from others can slowly impact relationships, work, and day-to-day functioning.
At Core Psyche Collective, I offer a warm and nonjudgmental environment where clients can safely explore the emotional experiences contributing to depression. Depression is not simply “feeling sad.” It can be connected to trauma, grief, chronic stress, burnout, major life changes, relationship difficulties, or long-standing emotional wounds that deserve compassionate attention and care.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and individualized. Through psychotherapy, EMDR therapy, and supportive therapeutic techniques, I help clients process difficult experiences, reconnect with themselves emotionally, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving forward. Therapy is designed to honor your pace while creating meaningful and lasting change.
Healing from depression does not mean forcing positivity or pretending things are okay. It means creating space to understand your experiences, rebuild emotional connection, and begin moving toward a life that feels more manageable, hopeful, and fulfilling.
