My EMDR consultation for clinicians is designed to help you feel more grounded, skillful, and confident when you sit with complex trauma. As an EMDR Consultant in Training and EMDR-certified therapist, I offer collaborative support for therapists who want both solid protocol guidance and space to think clinically and ethically about their cases.
In consultation, you can bring specific clients, stuck points, questions about phased treatment, or concerns about safety and pacing. Together, we slow down your case conceptualization, look through a trauma-informed, systems-aware lens, and identify clear next steps. I especially enjoy helping clinicians work with complex PTSD, dissociation, addiction histories, and perinatal trauma.
I draw from my background with clients impacted by homelessness, incarceration, prostitution, and substance use, so you receive feedback grounded in real-world complexity, not just theory. We may focus on target sequencing, resourcing strategies for highly activated nervous systems, interweaving cognition and parts work, or adapting EMDR for online delivery.
Consultation is available in both individual and small-group formats, offered virtually for ease of scheduling around your caseload. Whether you are working toward EMDRIA certification, refining your basic training skills, or returning to EMDR after a hiatus, you will find a non-judgmental space where questions are welcomed and clinical curiosity is encouraged.
My goal is that you leave each meeting with practical interventions you can use immediately, a clearer map of treatment, and a growing sense of trust in your own clinical instincts. Over time, clinicians often report feeling less isolated in their trauma work and more able to stay regulated themselves while holding intense material.
If you value thoughtful, relational consultation that honors both protocol fidelity and your unique style as a therapist, EMDR consultation with me can support you in offering deeper, safer work to your clients.
