My online group therapy offerings create a place where you do not have to carry big life changes alone. If you are moving through divorce, separation, perinatal challenges, or a season of personal growth, it can feel like everyone else is managing better than you. Group work gently interrupts that story by surrounding you with others who understand how disorienting these shifts can be.
Each group I facilitate is structured, yet warm. I keep groups small so you have room to speak, witness, and reflect without feeling lost in the crowd. Together, you and the other group members practice new ways of relating, setting boundaries, and expressing emotions, while I guide the conversation from a trauma-informed lens. You never have to share more than feels right; you choose your level of participation.
A typical session might include a brief grounding exercise, a focused topic (such as grief after divorce, identity changes in parenthood, or releasing people-pleasing), and time for mutual support. Many participants describe the relief of hearing their own worries echoed by others: the fear of starting over, the shame of "shouldn't I be over this?", or the confusion of not recognizing themselves anymore.
Because groups are held virtually, you can join from home, which often makes it easier to attend consistently, even with work, caregiving, or energy limitations. Group therapy can stand on its own or complement individual work with me. My goal is for you to leave each cycle feeling less isolated, more emotionally resourced, and clearer about the next steps you want to take in your life.
If you are craving community, accountability, and a space that understands the impact of trauma on life transitions, group therapy can offer a powerful layer of support on your healing path.
