Grief And Loss

Grief can come in many forms and affect every person differently. The loss of a loved one, relationship changes, infertility challenges, pregnancy loss, divorce, life transitions, or changes in identity and family roles can create deep emotional pain that may feel difficult to process alone.

At Core Psyche Collective, I provide compassionate support for individuals navigating grief, loss, and major emotional transitions. Grief is not something that follows a timeline, and there is no “right” way to experience it. Some people feel overwhelming sadness, while others may experience numbness, anxiety, anger, guilt, or difficulty adjusting to life after loss.

Therapy offers a safe space to process emotions, honor your experiences, and move through grief without pressure or judgment. Using trauma-informed psychotherapy and EMDR-informed approaches when appropriate, I help clients gently explore the impact of loss while building emotional resilience and self-compassion throughout the healing process.

Whether your grief is recent or longstanding, visible or deeply personal, you do not have to carry it alone. Support can help create space for healing while honoring the significance of what has been lost.
